Fruit Punch You in the Eye is a barrel- and foeder-aged sour ale fermented and matured in oak, then conditioned on guava, strawberry, and blueberry for a vibrant punch of tropical and berry character. Soft oak tannins and gentle acidity create structure, while mixed-culture fermentation brings layers of funk, fruit, and balance. At 5% ABV, it’s light on its feet but deep in flavor—built for long afternoons and repeat listens.
This beer takes its name (and spirit) from Punch You in the Eye by Phish—a tune that opens with chaos, settles into a groove, and reminds you that sometimes you just have to surrender to the flow.
