Del Mar Nectarine is the perfect stone fruit sour for sunny San Diego afternoons. We started with nectarines that we handpicked in Del Mar. We selected the most over-ripe ones we could find and added them to a blend of golden sour beer that we for 12 months in oak barrels. After allowing the flavors to meld for an additional 2 months this sour beer was ready for the wild.
