Absolutely Apricot

For this mixed-fermentation wild ale we started with our golden ale that we aged 12 months in oak barrels to produce tart flavors, fruity notes, and a funky character. We then added fresh apricots and allowed the flavors to meld for an additional two months. The result is a burst of stonefruit flavor that has a hazy golden color and a slightly salty finish.  Absolutely Apricot is the stonefruit sour you always wanted. Reserve your bottle today!
