Description
Our Diabolical Saison is, brewed with Spelt grain. Spelt grain imparts a soft, slightly sweet, nutty flavor with spicy undertones into our beer. We also used a classic Saison yeast strain, which imparts notes of clove, white pepper, and coriander. This farmhouse-style Saison has an ester spice taste and supreme dryness.
We loved this beer so much that we entered it into the World Beer Cup 2022. Judging is in May of this year. Fingers crossed.
