We started with our Carlsbad Blueberry as the base and added some spice to the mix with some homegrown Jalapeños.
Our Spicy Blueberry has a tannic, earthy, wine-like characteristic with sweetness from the blueberries and some heat from the jalepeńos. Spicy Blueberry is refreshing with a spicy pepper on the nose followed by deep port wine flavor. This beer is has a bright acidity that is perfectly balanced by the heat of the jalepeño and a dash of sea salt.. Coming in at 5% ABV …leaving you free to enjoy your day.
