Description
This gose-style ale was aged in red wine barrels for 12 months to allow the beer to produce tart flavors, fruity notes, and a funky character. We then added cracked coriander and a generous amount of large flaky sea salt. This gose-style ale has a lemony aroma, a tart flavor, and the right amount of saltiness to keep you coming back sip after sip.
