The Darkside is a collaboration Sour Beer/Kombucha blend that we brew annually with our friends at Tapshack Kombucha in OB.
Our friends at Tapshack created a Beet, Pomegranate, Hibiscus Kombucha that pairs perfectly with our Barrel-Aged Golden Sour. We blended our beer with the Kombucha to create a sweet, earthy treat with a color you have to see to believe. This sour calls you to The Darkside of the Force.
