I also grant license to California Wild Ales, LLC to modify my picture or short story as necessary.

I now waive, to California Wild Ales, LLC. and its successors, assigns and licensees, all personal rights and objections to any use to be made of my photograph and short story in connection with any packaging, website, newsletter, promotional material, publication, or publicity in connection therewith, and/or for any other trade and advertising purposes. I understand that in proceeding with the release of my photograph, short story and name, California Wild Ales, LLC. will do so in full reliance on the foregoing permission.

Featured California Wild Ales Member

From time to time, we select the recipe/artwork/story that has received the most positive feedback and show them our appreciation with some free California Wild Ales gear or product, or recognition in our e-newsletter or on our packaging.

The following are guidelines for the selection process (in other words, a legal statement):

Submitters agree to all terms of service of this website, and specifically the “share your CWA experience” policy.

There is no set schedule for the frequency of the selection of CWA experience submissions.

Each submission is eligible for one of these selection periods.

All submissions will have been available for rating for a minimum of days prior to being eligible for selection.

There is no guarantee that submissions will be displayed for rating, or that selected submissions will featured in any way, or that the submitter will receive a prize of any kind.

The selection of a submission is based on the ratings that it receives from website visitors. All decisions are up to the discretion of California Wild Ales, LLC and are final.
