Our Mexican Candy Wild Ale is a wonderful tropical drinking experience. Dripping with papaya, mango, and guava fruit flavor, this beer finishes tart and dry. We started with over-ripe mangos and added them to a blend of golden sour beer that we for 12 months in oak barrels. We then added a mix of dried arbol, ancho, and guajillo chilies. After allowing the flavors to meld for an additional 2 months this sour beer was ready for the wild.
