This is the beer that started it all for our very first May the Fourth celebration.
We began with a two-barrel blend of our 12-month golden sour. We added a healthy amount of Yuzu and a dash of Sea Salt to create a beer that is seductively sour with a zesty yuzu aroma. This beer is tantalizingly tart with a dry citrus finish. This Wild Ale is perfect for the upcoming warmer weather.
