We teamed up with our friends at Border X to create our very first Saison.
Our sour Saison is, brewed with a classic Saison yeast strain, which imparts notes of clove, white pepper, and coriander. The Saison was barrel-aged with blood oranges for a full year and is then blended with our barrel-aged golden sour.
