California Wild Ales Launches Community Giving Initiative
Supporting Rady Children’s Health with Events, Tournaments & Local Impact
California Wild Ales is proud to announce the launch of a new community-driven giving initiative at our Sherman St. Barrel House in San Diego (Point Loma/Midway). Starting May 1, 2026, a portion of all sales at the Barrel House will be donated to a rotating local charity, with a new organization featured every two months.
This initiative reflects what California Wild Ales has always been about—bringing people together over great beer while making a meaningful impact right here in San Diego’s local community.
Supporting Rady Children’s Health & Extra Life
We’re kicking things off with an incredible partner: Rady Children’s Health, supporting their Extra Life Tabletop program.
Extra Life is a nationwide movement that brings gamers together to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network, and the best part?
👉 Every dollar raised in San Diego stays in San Diego, directly supporting care programs at Rady Children’s.
Super Smash Bros. Charity Tournament – May 30, 2026
To celebrate the launch, we’re hosting a series of community events—including Super Smash Bros. charity tournaments at our Sherman St. location.
