We are most proud of our Pumpkin Pie Wild Ale. Our latest Pastry Sour is an Oak-Aged wild ale with Brown Sugar Roasted Pumpkin and a bevy of pumpkin spices including Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Allspice, Clove, and Vanilla. Each ingredient adds to the layers of flavors ranging from sweet to sour to salty. The spiciness on the nose leads the way, but one sip reveals how the roasted pumpkin flavor plays harmoniously with the spices to create a Pastry Sour that tastes exactly like Liquid Pumpkin Pie.
