This beauty was achieved by dusting Pineapple with Brown Sugar before grilling them until they reached a deep caramelization. We then made homemade Maraschino Cherries using fresh California Cherries, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and a bevy of spices. We combined the pineapples and cherries and allowed the flavors to meld together for an additional 3 months. The result is a Pineapple Upside Down Cake that you can drink in a glass.
