Description
Peach Bellini is a tribute to the famous cocktail made with Prosecco and Peaches… We instead fermented our golden ale on Muscat Grapes. Afterward, we fermented our beer (for the third time) on fresh peaches. The three levels of fermentation add a depth of flavor that only time can impart. Peach Bellini is part of our ever-growing Cocktail Sour Series. If you like Champagne… and you like Peaches… You will love this beer!
