Ozzy Oz-Orange – Blood Orange & Cherry Sour
6% ABV | Barrel-Aged Wild Ale

All aboard the crazy train of tartness. Ozzy Oz-Orange is back, and this time we’ve turned the darkness up another notch with a wicked combination of blood orange and cherry.

This barrel-aged wild ale spent 12 months evolving in American oak, where wild fermentation built layers of earthy funk, bright acidity, subtle vanilla, and deep oak character. Then we unleashed the fruit. A heavy dose of blood oranges brings juicy citrus, tart orange zest, and that unmistakable bittersweet blood orange character, while cherries crash the stage with a dark, jammy fruitiness that adds depth, color, and just enough sweetness to balance the sour.

The result is a blood orange and cherry sour beer that hits with an explosion of crimson citrus up front, rolls into ripe cherry and funky oak through the middle, and finishes dry, tart, and refreshingly wild. Blood orange remains the headliner, while cherry comes screaming in on backup vocals.

There’s something about heavy metal and sour beer that just makes sense. Neither was created to quietly follow the rules. They’re loud, unconventional, occasionally misunderstood, and a hell of a lot more interesting because of it. Ozzy Oz-Orange embraces that same spirit—a Southern California wild beer made for people who like their music heavy and their beer tart.

At 6% ABV, it delivers plenty of flavor without becoming a one-song set. Expect blood orange peel, ruby-red citrus, ripe cherry, funky fermentation, American oak, and a mouthwatering acidity that keeps calling you back for an encore.

For anyone searching for a Southern California sour beer, San Diego sour beer, barrel-aged sour, blood orange sour beer, cherry sour beer, wild ale, or American wild beer, Ozzy Oz-Orange is ready to take the stage.
