This 5.0% Foeder-Aged Boysenberry Sour spent time maturing in our oak foeder before being packed with an abundance of ripe boysenberries, delivering juicy notes of blackberry, raspberry, and rich berry jam balanced by a bright, refreshing tartness. The foeder adds subtle oak character and complexity while letting the fruit remain the star of the show.
And just for good measure, we added a little strawberry and guava to round out the crew. They’re not here to steal the spotlight—they’re here to back up the boysenberry with a touch of tropical sweetness and a smooth, fruit-forward finish.
